Deals and funding

Eastman was selected by the US Department of Energy (DOE) to receive up to $375M in funding for its second molecular recycling facility in the U.S., which is intended to produce food-safe recycled PET.

900.care, based in Paris, raised a €21M Series A for its refillable hygiene products.

Shicken Foods, based in the UK, raised $5.3M for global expansion.

UK-based Clean Food Group, which makes oils and fats for food and cosmetics producers, raised £2.5M in anticipation of a commercial launch in 2025.

Innocent Meat, based in Rostock, Denmark, raised 3M for its cultured meat production system.
